Weirdy wart/skin tag things on ds's lip

Ds is 7, he had a little skin tag in the corner of his mouth for ages and finally it went away.
Then he got one just in the centre of the bit between his upper lip and nose. It's still there weeks later.

Now I have noticed another one again in the corner of his mouth, and several teeny tiny ones just starting in the same place.

I am a bit worried...

But what are they, how can I get them to go away and is he contagious?!

Thanks, but I don't think they look like MC because there's no little dip in the middle iyswim...they're more like, well, skin tags I suppose?

Went to chemist who sort of backed away saying 'Oh, well I think you need to see a doctor for that' without making any indication as to what it might be!

So that was helpful...

I can't freeze them because they are on such a sensitive area. Probably they will fall off eventually but it's a bit annoying in the meantime.
