She also has a cold so it must be some kind of virus but the trapped wind is causing her so much pain and then she gets some relief for 20 mins while leaving behind the nastiest smell. Its hard to believe such a small thing can create something so toxic. Is there anything I could buy from pharmacy or health shop to help ease the wind? Is it more likely to be a bacterial rather then viral infection to be causing such an offensive smell? She has had diarrhea before as of course have the rest of the family but we have never smelt anything as bad as this. Any advice to help her would be much appreciated.
