13 month old with temp of 39.4 but not looking poorly

Maybe a bit more cuddly than usual but she isn't snotty or coughing or crying or seemingly uncomfortable. Apart from the temperature there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with her. She had jabs last Monday which could be the cause?

Should I be dosing her with Calpol/Nurofen or should I let it run it's course?

I don't like giving medicine unnecessarily but 39.4 is quite high.

Confused Advice would be welcome

Her temperature's been in the mid 36's all morning. Considering cancelling the appointment as she seems back to normal

Oh, good. I probably wouldn't bother going if she's fine.
