Be part of something amazing this year and help children with skin disease by taking part in the Big Swim Challenge 2011.
We, the British Skin Foundation (BSF), the charity dedicated to skin disease research, have just launched our biggest ever swimming challenge for 2011 with the ambitious target of getting families to swim a total of 2011 kilometres - or a staggering 80,000 lengths of a standard 25 metre pool.
The money raised from the year-long event will go towards a dedicated Children's Fund which puts money towards vital research into finding cures for conditions that blight the lives of millions of children in the UK. It is believed that at least one in five children in the UK live with some form of skin disease.
