Dd3 has a throat full of phlegm what else can we do?

Have steamed her, squished stuff up her nose, had her tilted upside down.

She is feeding ok so think it's in her throat rather than nose. Also think she keeps swallowing it as it comes & goes & not much coming out.

She is 12 weeks btw

Poor baby. Keep her upright and keep an eye on her. Bouncy chair is good and also raise the head end of her cot. Keep going with the steam too.
