we have all had flu / chest infections. dd has a horrible chesty cough, she was checked by doc this am, chest clear. she is 13 weeks.

she has had 4 dirty nappies since 11pm last night, the last one v watery at 430.

she was coughing and v sick just now but think reflux / cough.

she's had 25oz milk. no fever touch wood.

had hellish week with illness in this house and am trying to not panic.

Both mine have had the horrible cold flu bug followed by upset tummies at the tail end of the bug my mil had the same so I think its part and parcel of this current bug. Horrid when they're so little. Keep an eye out . They can give diarolyte if getting dehydrated...

Hey, sorry if TMI but, when we are poorly we all produce excess phlegm, as adults we cough it up and spit/blow it all out but obviously children can't do that so they swollow it and it comes out the other end! It can give them an upset tummy so just keep him well hydrated, hope he gets better soon
