Why can't you use Calpufren for baby under 6 months for more than 24 hours ?

It's not that you can't, it's just that you should seek medical advice if their pain or fever is persisting for that long, because it might have an underlying cause which requires more treatment (if that makes sense)

It's just advice so I guess there's no legal requirement for all the brands to print it, some do, some don't.

Most calpol or ibuprofen syrups will say 48 hours and then see a dr. exactly as bertie says - to establish the cause of the ongoing symptoms.
