Sorry TMI! What does your 9-10 month old's poop look like??

I must change a leaking very runny poo nappy 2-3 times a day, really full and horrible smell! Normal??

Thanks thisisyesterday today has been full on poo with toddler diarrhoea to add to the smell!!
