It's the chesty cough one going round. She has had it for a week and a day, saw doctor on Monday who suspected ear and chest infection. Taking them just in case on her advice. She is fine in herself, not worried about anything serious...just not sure when this temp is going to go!
Shouldn't it be gone by now even if it was just a virus and the antibiotics are needless?
We have all been ill one after the other since the beginning of Nov and I have lost the will to live never mind judge what is normal and what is not.
I rather thought antibiotics worked within a day from previous experience.
What would you think/do?
Dd1 and I both have snotty noses (again) could it be another virus working ontop of the chest infection?
Oh if only we could afford the Bahamas.
