4 month old cough runny nose - what to do?

As above really - her nose is running (clear snot) and she sometimes splutters when feeding due to not being able to breathe properly and is sneezing, poor wee thing (btw she is fully bf)

Think it's just a cold as dh and ds have recently had one. Is there something I can give her to dry up her nose, so she can sleep easier? TIA

Yes, you can spray saline solution up her nose - they hate it but it really helps. Calpol do a good one - works wonders.
