.... diarrhea (well, she's only going once a day but it's like water). She's 9months and up til now has been a great eater and drinker. Since about last Thursday (so we're end of day 4 now), she's been taking less than half her normal milk (normally has 3 x 8oz formula), probably only 10oz at the mo, and has gone off eating virtually althogether although she seems good with Fromage Frais or Yoghurts and toast.
I called NHS Direct yesterday because she was really clingy and definitely not herself, they advised it was probably a viral gastric thing so not to worry too much, take her to the docs if her condition changed.
My question, I guess, is would you be concerned about the lack of food compared to normal after 4 days? I've tried the dioralyte but she's having non of that! Will take sips of water sporadically but in no great quantities so I'm a bit paranoid about the levels of fluid and nutrition she's getting.
I should add that today she's been in a great mood, shouting and screaming at everyone telling them off as usual and bashing her 5yo brother!
I'm quite prepared to be told I'm being neurotic, but thought I'd ask the questions anyway.
