coming to the end of Scarlet Fever

and my dd's is supposed to be back in school tmrw (is not contagious starting from tmrw) but before she went to bed tonite, her tongue is still abit spotty (she is taking antib too), do i keep her off school if its still the same in the morning?

If she feels well enough in herself to go and you've had the thumbs up from the doctor that she'll no longer be infectious (or likely to be vulnerable to more infection herself) then she can go. If you think not so on any of the above, keep her off, I'd say. My mum used to have a "recouperation" day for me sometimes when I was little, just to be completely sure. I would lay on the sofa watching TV drinking lots of hot drinks, and go back the next day.

thanks as i checked her tongue and its less spotty than it was last night and she is fine.
