Hi,

My friend's DS has a lot of phlegm on his chest to the extent he has stopped drinking his milk. Other than steam, what is the best way to get rid of the phlegm and should he even be drinking milk whilst like thus ... I have a vague memory of stopping milk when DD2 was like this? Thanks

Depends on his age as to whether to stop for a while - certainly milk and milk products I believe increase the production of mucus so it could be making it worse.
