Anyone got an natural rememedy medicine cabinet?

I tend to stock up on medicines at this time of year as DS does'nt eat a very wide range o9f foods so I imagine his immune system is a bit on the dodgy side of things, but anyway this year I fancied trying out natural rememdies for things rather than Calpol, Olbas oil etc.

Does anyone else have one of these and come tell me all your natural rememedies before I try and stock up :o

distilled vinegar for a temprature.
mix 50/50 with warm water to make it tolerable,
and wash with it.
temprature dissappears along with the vinegary smell.
reapply as needed.
