DS has a spot of Impetigo we think.
TBH I'm more worried about our 6 month old getting if AIBU to worry about that?

If its impetigo (golden crusty sores usually around the mouth) he will need antibiotics, so needs GP. Very very infectious so you are rightly worried for 6 mo old. Ask the GP what symptoms you would expect on one as young and maybe give you a prescription to be filled only if baby erupts so there is no delay? - GP needs to believe you are a rational capable human being who can be trusted to think to do this! Grin Oh dear!! Not much chance of that!!

Actually, there is no golden crust, just a blister bump, just the one on his elbow at the moment.
