Book for coping with cancer in young child?

A friend's 3 yr old DS has been diagnosed with Wilms tumour (kidney) and has just had his 3rd round of chemo. Operation to remove kidney in about 3 weeks and then bit more chemo, but hopefully he will be fine.

She is finding it hard to stay positive and I wondered if anyone had a book recommendation for dealing with cancer in young children - but one with a happy ending!

Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

These are American but I don't know of any English ones at all really. The top 2 are more factual than a story but maybe that could help too? The children's ones have a happy ending I believe. Hope your friends DS gets better.
