It was one of the cheap ones that DD1 got in a set. Her hands and mouth are bright blue, but she seems fine. She is 9.5m.

I don't need to worry, do I?

I wouldn't have thought so, i'm sure she will be fine, imported and british felt tips all have to comply with the usual safety standards. If you're really concerned give nhs direct a call they seem to be ok for stuff like this. Just to make you feel a bit better, my sister was a community midwife several years ago and visited a family with a 3 year old and a newborn. Turns out the 3 year old decided to use a biro to draw lovely pictures all over the new baby who was blue from head to toe, it happens, baby was fine.Grin

No, they are non toxic - the main danger I think is choking on the caps.
