1yo bf oral thrush..how to treat?

i think it's thrush, her tongue has distinct white patches. i have slight pain bf but i think that's her new teeth.

we're currently in remote isolated village in back of beyond so fastest treatment is to call pharmacy and order medicines and find someone to collect.

what is usually prescribed? thanks

i hope you have NHS as the tablets are v expensive i believe
