12yr old dd has been getting itchy skin around her neck and now has developed 3 moles there and 2 on her chin!!!!!

they have literally appeared overnight!
Anyone know what this could be and should I be worried?

my older dds (now 12 and 10) have a couple each, but they gradually appeared over weeks / months

google impetigo - I know that's itchy and infectious but not serious

if you're worried I'd call GP and ask for a nurse to have a look or pop in to the pharmacy

no...they're like freckles but not that close together and as dark as moles
