7 month old covered head to toe in chicken pox :( Help.

Ds2 has got awful chicken pox in his ears on his eyelids even on the soles of his feet
We are on day 3 and he is getting worse not better he has had a high temp and really grizzly today he is already on antibiotics for chest infection is there anything else I can do?

He is much the same we ended up seeing out of hours who prescribed piriton and gave him some horrid pink antibiotics as the spots are very inflamed
I have never seen my little boy so poorly
