for DS age 3.10yrs.

We have discovered Hairy Mclary and loving it.
What else do you suggest?

Usbourne Phonics Stories are fab. DS loved them.

Oh no the Phonics ones make me want to jump out the window. The Usborne Poppy and Sam farm stories are good though.

We love Hairy McLary too (DS is 3.5)

Have you discovered Alfie? Those stories are lovely.
And Dogger which is also by Shirley Hughes. It makes me laugh because the boy in it is called Dave (don't know why but I just can't imagine a smallboy called Dave).
