Books about witches for 7 year olds

My daughter and son are now randomly obsessed with witches for there birthday they have asked for witch books any ideas my daughter has the worst witch selection but anyone's for my son?

The Little Broomstick, Mary Stewart.

I love Witch Week (Diana Wynne Jones), but think it might be a bit much for a 7 year old. The bone fires are really quite scary.

Favourite children's book of all time: Carbonel series by Barbara Sleigh. Kinder to cats than witches but so so good. My favourite and DDs too.
