Another forgotten book title - 'say 'dog' baby'.

Mid 90s, a picture book with a few words per page. An adult, possibly Granny, is out with a toddler. Every time they see a dog it's pointed at and Granny says 'say dog baby'. The baby say 'cat'. This goes on right through to the last page when they see a cat. Granny says 'say cat, baby' and the baby says 'dog'. It made me laugh out loud - I'd like to find a copy for a friend.

I remember that.
I think it was David Mckee's book "Who's a clever baby, then"
