Books for Junior schools age children

Hi all,

After something I read on another thread about school budgets and the lack of books, I thought it would be nice to use an Amazon voucher I was gifted by a client to purchase some books for the junior school at the end of the street. The problem is I have no children myself, so I wouldn't know where to start or what they would like. The school caters for years 3-6 so if you have any suggestions, they'd be greatly received! TIA

Can you give them the voucher? They may have a specific hole that needs plugging. (They may need more dyslexia friendly books, or in a different language, or their copies of the Hunger Games are falling to bits)

Or you could ask them to set up an Amazon wishlist?

Yep, absolutely could just give them the voucher, wouldn't be as much fun for me but that's not the point I suppose!
