Recommendations for a book about Puberty/Sex Education?

DD ages 11 is staring to go through puberty and is a little embarrassed by it all.

A child friendly book would be great.

DS13 has said this morning how he is finding it hard feeling so many different emotions in one day so a book might be good for him too!
