Books similar to The Magic Faraway Tree

My 6.5 year old son has been glued to The Magic Faraway Tree book collection ever since we bought it a few months ago. He reads them daily! I am now looking for recommendations for similar stories by Enid Blyton or another author. Thanks in advance.
