Help me find book. Children locked in department store overnight.

My daughter is searching for this book. Probably early 80's. Possibly called 'Hide until dawn' or similar. Young brother and sister get locked in store overnight. They'd been hiding from their mum. All good fun eating bics and trying out beds until there are robbers in the shop. Then they want their mum. Any ideas?

Have a look at secrets of the shopping mall by Richard peck. It's about a girl and boy who run away from home and end up living in a shopping centre at a place called paradise park.

Could be Hide Till Daytime by Joan Phipson.

No idea, but I read (and loved) a book with the same premise as a child! I hope you find it.

You're welcome, @Felicitycity. Strange about the title though. I've got my copy right here and it's definitely Daytime, not Bedtime. Must be one of those where they change it for different markets.
