Christmas book for 9 year old

Hi all. I usually organise a 1st December bag for my DS with Christmas PJs, advent calendar bath bombs etc. This year I wanted to add a Christmas book we could read together on the lead up to Christmas. Any ideas of good ones? He’s quite a good reader so probably a book for kids aged 9-12 would be suitable.
He read the Matt Haig Boy Called Christmas book last year.
Thanks

DS2 got Tolkein's Father Christmas letters in his stocking when he was 9.

I’ve got a mum friend who has spent four years writing her first children’s book and it is a chapter book but has illustrations on every page. It is only available on kickstarter but can be ordered in time for Christmas. It’s called Postpixie Missing in Action by Gillian Seale and teaches children about empathy, perseverance and confidence as well as being an exciting adventure. She might even give you a discount if you tell her I recommended it.

Matt Haig has also written a couple of other Christmas books, The Girl who Saved Christmas and Father Christmas and Me.

Thanks @DifferentDrum I've just bought the other Matt Haig book. The Father Christmas one. It looks nice.
