Hi all,
As part of my degree I'm looking for books that promote healthy eating in pre-school and early years children.
Has anyone got any ideas for fun books that will get a clear message across .

Kind regards x

My children had an Usborne book called Why Shouldn't I Eat Junk Food? when they were primary age, which had lots of illustrations and was written in a fun, cartoony way. I've no idea if it's still in print.

My neighbour's 5 year old has a story book about eating veg called Oliver's Vegetables.

Another one I remember is Eddie's Kitchen - not specifically about healthy eating, but it's about cooking and I think the family grow their own food.

There's Burger Boy by Alan Durant about a boy who doesn't eat any veg and turns into a burger. It's fab!
