Hi I'm looking for recommendations for 2-4 year olds.
Has anyone tried the rabbit who wanted to fall asleep or any others that use hypnosis techniques?
Looking for something calming and ( fingers crossed) sleep inducing to use as part of bedtime routine. Thanks

New Horizon meditations on YouTube. They last about 20 mins and there are loads of different themes and stories. The narrator is an older northern woman who sounds like your auntie, it's quite sweet. DDs are 3.4 and very nearly 6 and they both love them - I play one from my iPad in the hall between their rooms after lights out.

Dr Seuss's Sleep Book is a work of magic for settling kids in bed - and also fun to read aloud, rather than boring the child to sleep.
