What was this (teen) book?

I read this book in the 90s when I was about 12 or 13.

It was about a girl who experiences time travel and the bits I remember are her waking up in her bed with her future husband called Daniel with whom she has two children. It seems an unhappy marriage and later back in "real" time, she makes the mature decision to end her relationship with him as a teen.
She also goes back in time to being a toddler and I remember her saying "Buzz Aldrin" to her mum or something which astonishes her.
I think her bedroom alarm clock is something to do with the time travel.
I can't remember the main character's name or author, which is so annoying.

Love that book. The Fortunate Few and The Middle of the Sandwich by Tim Kennemore are also both great.
