Some wonderful ideas for interactive books, can we add?

Few weeks ago, I had to search high and low for books like these to give to children who attended a workshop in the Philippines. I work with people who have special needs and I also have a disability so I am always looking for sensory books or things that can be interactive. I just came across this on YouTube and love most of these.

Which interactive or sensory books do you have? I really wanted to buy scratch and sniff books, but was not able to find any.

This is a 'smelly' book:
www.amazon.co.uk/Stinking-Billy-Goat-Duftbuch-Roger-Rhyner/dp/385546233X?tag=mumsnetforum-21

You rub your finger anywhere across the page to get a 'smell'. Each page has a different one:
Lemon, chewing gum, meadow, billy goat, peppermint, strawberry, apple, honey, roses, forest, and lavender.

'You choose' is great for interaction/language development. Although it is 'just' pictures, it gets the children to talk and engage.
