Growing up book for 8yo girl?

I'm looking for a book about puberty/periods/early sex ed for an 8yo girl. All the ones I can find seem to have info on masturbation/orgasms which seems rather inappropriate for this age.
Any recommendations please?

The one I bought for our DS was What's Happening to Me? By Usborne. There's a boys and a girls version.

Thanks for the recommendation. I think that one goes into a bit more detail than she is ready for though

you can get that book on The Book People for relatively cheap. I have the boy one for my dcs. It's got different sections in the book, you just choose what you want to go over.
