I have a 5 month old DS and enjoy reading to him. We have a few of the touch and feel books from the 'that's not my....' range and he enjoys touching all of the different textures.

I'd love to hear your suggestions if there were other touch and feel books that I could read to him. Thank you.

Our DS loves the "Thats not my..." Books toI. We've also got some lift the flap and touch and feel books by Julia Donaldson (author of the gruffalo etc...) he LOVES them. DS also started to like the 'sound' books when he got a little bit older too.

I think ladybird do a few nursery rhyme stories like this. We've got the 3 little pigs. It also has two story versions, a slightly more detailed version for older children. My DS loved them when he was little.

I love the 'that's not my' books as well. I have a touch and feel hungry caterpillar book and a little lamb puppet book.

We have a book called "lick" about animal tongues and my dd loves it , the frog tongue especially is sticky and it makes her laugh! I'll see if I can find a link to it
