Good books for introducing sibling to toddler?

Hi!
I remember seeing a thread on here about good books to read to your toddler to introduce new baby / prepare for their arrival.

I couldn't find it!

Please can you recommend any good reads?

I have a 2.5 year old boy and I'm due with second baby in Oct.
Thanks !

Lauren Child has a wonderful one coming out soon!

Also try Little Frog's Tadpole Trouble from OUP - I'm just in the process of writing my review for it. Too cute!

Little Rex might be worth a look

Babette Cole's Mummy Laid an Egg is good. We had a great pop-up book called What's Inside Your Tummy Mummy?

Hello, I have a free, illustrated rhyming book online about a boy jealous of his baby brother and how they became friends - it may not be quite what you're looking for at the moment, but could come in handy later ;)

It's free & not for sale so I hope this post is permissible :)

Yep my DD still asks for House Inside my Mummy a year after her baby brother arrived.

Slightly less literal but really recommend Dinobaby by Sam Lloyd too. It talks about the older sibling being able to teach the baby everything he/she knows and how much fun it is to share.

There's going to be a baby by Helen Oxenbury and John -- (sorry, can't remember). It's very good.

Warning! I can't read the end of this to DS without sobbing (35 wks pregnant and a bit(!) hormonal). DH has to read it at bedtime Grin
