Reccomendations for books to prepare for a new sibling

I am pregnant with DC2 and am looking for a book/s to explain pregnancy and prepare DD1 (4 yo) to being a big sister.

Have looked online and there are so many... Also, DD is very clever and cognitively advanced for her age and some of the books seem to be aimed at younger children. Maybe that's a wrong impression I got.

Any recommendations?

for a fun kind of book we got "there's a house inside my mummy" which my boys STILL like reading now lol

there's a house inside my mummy is fantastic. for any age, honestly.

otherwise there is a princess poppy one about getting new twins? I think so anyway, that might be worth looking at.

We didn't like there's a house inside my mummy. Topsy and Tim and the new baby is good. Also I'm a Big Brother/Sister now.

DS is younger though.

Zsa zsa's baby brother is really lovely, it is very simple, but really sweet and definitely one I would recommend.

My dd loves the topsy and tim 'new baby' book. Can't remember the full title though sorry.

We didn't get on with Theres a House INside My Mummy - it went straight over DD1's head - she was rising two and just couldn't grasp any of it.

THere were some lovely picture-only books that worked much better for us - we just sat and looked at the pictures and talked about them - and I let her work out what was going on and focus in the bits she found interesting. The one I remember is called My New Baby - Annie Kubler.

SHe also liked I Am A Big Sister by JOanna COle (there is a brother version as well).
