Fiction books about dragons and bats

DD is in a dragon and bat phase right now and is wanting to read as many stories as she can about them.
She's read all the Last Dragon Chronicles and Dragon Whisperer books. She's just finished a trilogy about bats called Silverwing.
Any suggestions please!

Dragon Rider (I think), by Cornelia Funke.

Eragon series
Dragonsong trilogy by Anne McCaffrey (these three are specifically written for younger readers, unlike the other Pern books)
Temeraire series
The Last Dragonslayer by Jasper Fforde
