DD (5) is running out of funny books to read. I want to get Russell The Sheep for her because it resembles her uncle & she finds it hilarious that his name is the same as a sheep. To give an example of what sort of books interest her, heres a little list of ones she already has:
the gruffalo
gruffalo's child
room on the broom
boris' big bogey (also a fave of my grandads)
splat the cat
love splat
scaredy cat splat
kipper
monstersaurus.
The list is endless but now she can read them herself, i feel like she could do with some new ones just to keep the interest in books going. Im reluctant to go to the library because the childrens area is very small & has very little books that catches DD's eye. Not only that i forget to take them back. :S
