The Mice of St Goran

I downloaded this to Kindle, but it is a real book too. It's sold for charity, for St. Goran's Church (which is in Cornwall iirc) and is by Rosalind Winter.
It is a chapter book, and a sequel is promised at the end Grin - the stories are charming, really nice and the little mice characters are brilliant. We read a bit each night when we were camping, and even DH asked for the next chapter and cracked a smile at some of the little jokes. It's written so that DCs will love it and the grown ups will get a laugh from things the DCs might miss - like the wise old "thinking mouse" being Professor Quatermouse Grin
I would recommend this one to anybody looking for nice bedtime stories - my 3 youngest are almost 10, 7, and 5 (and DH is 46 and a half Grin ) and we loved it.

Does he carry out a quatermouse experiment? Sad to say that my dcs are a bit young atm, but remind me in a few years!
