He is a very good reader and suitable adult fiction would be fine.

Especially modern fiction, but any ideas gratefull received.

The Sherlock Holmes short sories are excellent. The longer ones are a bit scary!

He seems to like all sorts, he has read some Terry Pratchett and Phillip Pullman. Michael Morpurgo his younger siblings have and I think he thinks them too young.

I might try the Sherlock Holmes.

Black Swan Green by David Mitchell - written for adults but the main character is a teenage boy growing up in the 80s so good nostalgic stuff for parents, too!
