Short stories for children aged 10-14ish

I'd love to find some more short stories for children - both for them to read, and for me to read to them - but steering away from adult fiction e.g. Tales of the Unexpected etc - I would prefer them to stick with childrens' fiction for a while yet.

We love well written short stories, but there doesn't seem to be much out there. Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

Would Daphne DuMaurier's books of short stories be too adult? They aren't written specifically for children but are pretty good. There are a couple by Roald Dahl too, but again they are slightly more adult.

Daphne DuMaurier is a great idea. Thanks. There is also an interesting set of short stories written for children by Ian McEwan - the Daydreamer - which I would recommend for 11+.

I remember at that age reading O Henry and loving the stories, which always had a twist at the end.
