Was talking to a friend about them but forgot to ask - DD1 is 7.5 ... still a little young?

I started reading them at 7 - I was a complete bookworm tho'. As long as she doesn't find them too difficult they're quite harmless at least the originals were I think some may have been updated.

Okay - thanks! I wasn't sure if they were 7+ or more 10+ kind of stories.

I was starting to outgrow them by the time I reached high school, 7 should be fine.

My DD is 10 and loves Nancy Drew. I think that this is about the right age for them, really, but there is nothing offensive or scary in them, so as long s she can read them OK, then 7 or 8 should be fine.
