Other than lump did you have symptoms?

My daughter found one large lump one small below her hip bone in her kind of v area near panty line. About size of bouncy ball and one smaller l. Hard. Painless. No other. Symptoms. Been referred for ultrasound and bloods.
Doctor did say dont worry as could be nothing. But of course...im worrying.
