Well thank goodness i couldnt find a replacement!
She started later than expected but she is brilliant.All the DDs adore her,DD3 utterly besotted.
She is tidy,motivated,happy.Her favourite sentance is "How can i help?"
She is seeming like one of the best aupairs i have had.
So pleased.Im taking her for Lunch at the weekend for being so fab.
So anyone having a disaster,keep looking as there are some fab girls out there.

Is this the one who fainted/banged her head/had to do her BAC late?

Yes thats her.She said hospital kept her for ages and kept doing tests but could find nothing.
Im so glad as i was a bit worried i would end up with some fragile flower but she is a hardy soul.
