How to get a CRB check

I'm about to advertise on gumtree for an after school and holidays nanny and noticed that in some of the adverts they say

" Up to date CRB check and First Aid qualification (we can assist with this)"

How do you do this? I can't work out as a parent what I could use to apply for this.

You would have to ask a friendly nanny agency to process the CRB check.
The other option is to go via Ofsted nanny registration but for that there is more than just first aid needed.
