Hi everyone, I used to post on here under the name KaySamuels and SammyK when I was childminding.

I have my child tax credit form to fill in on how much me and my ex earnt between 6th april 2009 and 13th November 2009.

April - May I was childminding part time, I cannot find my expenses receipts, payments from parents receipts, nothing! Obv this also means I still have tax return to do for 6th april - end of may while I was still cm'ing and no way of doing it.

May - July I was working in a nursery and DS hated it (as did I) so I left, am missing one wage slip.

July - November was receiving carer's allowance and CTC

Ex was working whole period (april - nov) but I don't know his earnings, have asked him to find out for me but whether he will or not before the end of the month I don't know.

I am worried if I don't get all my figures in they will stop my CTC, I am also worried ex earnt more than he told me and they will cut my current CTC payments to recoup any overpayments.

My head hurts and I need advice, what should I do???

I am functioning on autopilot at the moment and thinking about sorting all this out along with everything else I am juggling is just too much.

I don't know but one thing you can do is sort the nursery work out by looking on the P60 you should have got around May this year. If you don't have a P60 contact the nursery payroll provider and ask for it. They may also be able to produce a duplicate payslip.

Ooh now you mention it nick I do not have a P60! Not very surprised nursery were rubbish in all areas. Do I need one of these for other purposes? I have just found a roster of DS's hours there which obv are the same as mine so think I can now work out the lost wage slip amount. Hopefully.

Still no sign of my cming receipts - seem to have everything but the stuff I actually need, all I can think is I have left them behin when I made a hasty exit from ex.

P60 is used for tax purposes. Ask employer for it. If they say it has already been produced, ask for a duplicate (HMRC permits one duplicate to be issued, though it must say on it that it is a duplicate). The P60 will show total pay and deductions during that tax year for that employment.

Would you bank account records show payments from parents?
What about sign-in sheet/register can you find that sort of thing to show which children attended when.
