they want to see my sef but i filled it out when i practised in my own home? thay said that would be fine but i dont see how?

also i follow her policies and procedures? sooo do i write out my own or do i just show them hers? it seems a little pointless as im really an assistant so she has time with her own baby

not sure how to get a good grade working in anothers home to anothers policys and procedures, shes a very good minder but obviously itsn ot my home?

So you must be down as a co-childminder (registered in your own right) rather than an assistant who arn't inspected.

If thats the case you will need to use her policys and risk assessments as they will be specific to the setting that you work in. I don't get the SEf thing either as that will be / should be out of date as it was based on your own home and way of doing things.

Each childminder (not assistant) gets inspected in their own right

It's a right palaver but as each of you could be by yourself with children I think it's appropriate

All my employees have written (are writing) their SEF as from 'my house' iyswim
