I go from having no staff to having loads

I am so struggling with sorting out the next few weeks with lots of staff holiday

Why do I do this again?

Have you thought about specifying when your staff can take holidays, bit like teachers. It may not solve the problem atm but might work for next year.

Also do your parents let you know well in advance when they plan to be off, could you ask for holiday bookings to be given to you a good few months in advance.

Only one at a time......just one after another

I did 5 weeks bom,bom,bom & it worked

But I still have 3 weeks to do

Parent are great & do

I think I have taken on too many staff (short term) so I can cope (long term)

I am a pratt

Oh right thought you were short staffwise. Hmm tricky one, hows about they knock those stoothing walls down while you have plenty of free hands

Nice one

We aren't sure we are going to do that....we are still deciding if it is right
