There don't seem to be many posts today, has everyone been really busy?
I've got an hour to kill before my BodyPump class - due to Royal Ascot traffic going home between work work and gym class was not a sensible option. So here I am surfing mumsnet and there isn't much happening.

So what have you been up to today? I took the children to an after-school activities event run by the local council, held on a local grass area/field. Sports type things like balls, beanbags, short tennis. Also had a sandpit, toy cars, musical instruments and a soft thing to climb and jump off.
Was reasonably good. Seems to be something the council are doing this term - they must have got some funding from somewhere for after-school sport type Open Access activities.

All the CMs are frantically involved in National CM week (not). We had a sing song at our drop in and a 'see how many people can get in the tent' game. Kids ran riot in Church this afternoon, but apart from that .... same old day.

National CM week - 4got about that . Too busy looking after babies to plan for it .

Been to park to feed ducks and swans then local art gallery where the babies love the sensory room. Then picked my own --brat- ds up from school and went to get him the 'must-have' England wristbands from Morrisons. Ended up with the cap and socks too .

Loving being back in the world of childminding .

brat . Trust me, it's an apt description since he started school
