NCMA lady just blatently lied to me!!!

I am due to start the ICP course on the 8th June and as I will miss one session in July it as been arranged that I will attend that part of the course elsewhere.

I just rung up realising that I have double booked myself and the woman on the phone told me that they arent allowing anyone to fulfil the course anywhere else this year because its too complicated

I already have, and I know 2 or 3 people from my same group have as well!!

What can I do? Obviously will try and rearrange the airport run, but it seems like she lied to avoid paperwork!

you have to have 80% attendance to be able to sit the exam.

I know, but they allowed me to change part of it already then told me they wasnt allowing it this year, when i had a letter in front of me stating that i could!

I have sorted it now anyways DH is going to the airport and i am hiring a car to get to the course!
